Transfer of Ownership Service
Forms of transfer of ownership.

Transfer of ownership will be processed after the client has paid all due payment in contract including other outstanding balances expense from the contract.

SKL provides service and charges the fee for transfer of ownership from customers. Staff will contact customers for documents and inform them of outstanding expenses upon registration. Once receiving the documents and payment, staff will carry out the payment process at the Department of Land Transport and post the product registration book to customers.

Pay service charge.
Send documents to the company.
Wait for the vehicle registration handbook.
Required Documents for Transfer of Ownership Process
For individuals
For companies or partnerships
  • A copy of national identification card.
  • A Copy of house registration.
  • A Copy of prefix / name / surname change registration (if any).
*All documents must be signed to certify as valid copies.
  • A Copy of company registration with objectives (not older than 6 months).
  • A Copy of ID of an authorized signatory.
  • A Copy of house registration of an authorized signatory.
*All documents must be signed and stamped with company seal to certify as valid copies.
