TCCTA Contact Center Awards 2019

     On Wednesday, 7th August 2019, Ms.Waraporn Osataphan, Managing Director of Siam Kubota Leasing Co.,Ltd. together with the executives, participated in TCCTA Contact Center Awards 2019 held by TCCTA :  Thai Contact Center Trade Association at Aksara King Power Theatre to grant the award of Service Excellency to the most outstanding Contact Center in Thailand. The award grantee was selected based on the Contact Center service and business administrative ability, as well as the outstanding service of the staff within the organization, which can well establish standard and confidence in terms of service among the customers using the loan service of Siam Kubota Leasing. Moreover, Siam Kubota Leasing is considered as an organization with great social responsibility and awarded with the following 4 honorable prizes. 
1. The Best Corporate Social Responsibility Contact Center (Under 100 Seats) 
Individual Category for 3 following awards: 
1. The Best Contact Center Manager: Excellence Award (Tele Service) 
2. The Best Contact Center Agent: Excellence Award (Tele Service)
