SKL Family Club service

SKL Family Club (Family Club) is a program for calculating SKL Point points from the amount that the applicant pays installments. as specified in the credit agreement made with the Company From all channels that accept payments specified by the company, which is prepared to provide benefits to service users, the company has divided service users on the 5th day of the month according to installment behavior, number of contracts. 1. Terms and Conditions of SKL Point accumulation

1.1. Installment payment amount As specified in the loan agreement, every 500 baht earns 1 reward point (the remainder of the installment payment less than 500 baht earns 1 reward point), whereby the Platinum level applicants will receive 2 points. 1.5 times the installment amount, the Gold member will receive 1.5 times the installment amount. (10) In case of redemption of prizes, the Company will deliver the prizes via the delivery system of the Thai Post Company or a private delivery company that delivers only within the country. To provide society with useful products and services and to ensure continued development of the business, it is natural that companies need to win the trust of customers by conducting business activities that take the protection of personal information into account. Based on the above understanding, Kubota declares that it institutes the policies for protection of personal information as follows and will implement these policies to comply with laws, regulations, and guidelines regarding personal information.


Policy 1　Proper Handling of Personal Information

When handling personal information, Kubota specifies the purpose of use of personal information as much as possible. Further, Kubota does not handle personal information about a customer without obtaining the prior consent of the customer, or unless permitted by laws or regulations, beyond the scope necessary for the achievement of the purpose of use.
In addition, Kubota acquires personal information in a proper manner. When acquiring personal information, Kubota publicly announces the purpose of use in advance or notifies or publicly announces on a website the purpose of use immediately after the acquisition.
